If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a 28-day money back guarantee. For all the information you may need when returning or exchanging your purchase please read the facts below.
- We will exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed merchandise with all labels intact and not removed, within 28 days of delivery.
- Notify TheTeam@Beachcover.com that you will be returning all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of the package.
- Goods are returned at your own expense.
- After you have notified us please return the garments to us using our address below.
- All returns are processed within 3-5 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
- Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. (Please note refund times are dictated by the card issuer and are outside of our control.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning an item within the UK is simple. Send returns to the address below with a full copy of the invoice indicating which items you wish to return. Please also include your email address or daytime telephone number so we can contact you if necessary. Always send items back recorded or registered delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don’t arrive. Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the item you received was faulty.
For International Customers (Including US)
Please send your return via a prepaid insured and traceable method. You must put ‘British Return Goods’ on any airway bill or similar documentation to avoid you being charged with VAT and Import Duties.
